Through-Penetrations
Pipe, conduit, cable tray, duct, and busway penetrations sealed to the listed system for the exact assembly and rating.
Joints & Perimeter
Head-of-wall, wall-to-wall, and edge-of-slab joints installed for movement, rating, and continuity of the fire barrier.
Failed-Inspection Remediation
Deficiencies identified, corrected to a tested system, and re-documented. We take over what others left open.
Barrier Surveys
Full life-safety barrier surveys with photo records and system schedules, for compliance, sale, or records.

Held to the standard.
Manufacturer-Certified
Factory-trained and certified in firestop systems, products, and installation practice, and certified across the manufacturer lines our projects call for.
Tested & Listed Only
Installations follow UL and tested-system listings matched to your assembly, selected from the listing that fits the condition rather than a single product line.
IBC 714 Compliant
Penetration protection installed and identified per the International Building Code and local amendments.
Documented Close-Out
Labels, photos, and system schedules delivered on completion. Your inspector gets a full paper trail.

Life Safety Code
§8.3.4 and §8.3.5 govern penetrations and joints in fire barriers. Every opening we close is protected by a tested and listed firestop system or device.
F & T Ratings
Not less than one hour, and not less than the rating of the barrier penetrated. Horizontal assemblies carry a T-rating. We match the system to the assembly in front of us.
Fire Code & Fire Walls
Fire Code §12.7.8 and NFPA 221 §4.10 carry parallel firestop requirements. Same discipline applies whichever code your AHJ enforces.
Test Standards
Penetrations to ASTM E814 / UL 1479. Joints to ASTM E1966 / UL 2079. Perimeter and slab edge to ASTM E2307.
Special Inspection Ready
High-rises and Risk Category III and IV buildings draw third-party inspection. Our work and records are built to hold up under it, including destructive verification.
Building Code
§714 penetrations, §715 joints, §1705.18 special inspections, plus Houston and Harris County amendments.

Walk the barriers, count and classify every penetration and joint, confirm assembly ratings.
Submittals
Listed system selected for each condition. Submittal package issued before work begins.
Install
Sealed to the system detail. Clean work, on schedule, coordinated with your trades.
Label & Document
Seals labeled and photographed. Close-out package delivered for inspection.

How we work.
Tested and Listed, or We Stop
We install to a tested and listed system. If field conditions don't match one, work pauses until the manufacturer or a licensed engineer issues the judgment.
Certified Installers
Installation is led by personnel carrying current manufacturer firestop certification for the systems on your job.
Documented Work
Labeled seals, a photo record, and a system schedule at completion. The paperwork is part of the job.
